If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 10 days after delivery if the item is unused and in the original box. Please be advised that you will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. 

In the event the item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number as well as a photo of the item’s condition. 

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Please allow 7-10 business days for the money to appear in your bank account.

Local pickup:
You can skip the shipping fees with free in-office pickup on Monday - Friday, 10 am - 5 pm. We will call you when your order is ready for pickup. Our office is located in Brooklyn, NY. 

U.S. Shipping:

Free Shipping! We ship from Brooklyn, NY to the 51 States in the United States area. We process orders within 1-2 days from the order placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. After we ship your order, you will receive an email with shipping details. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or call us for confirmation.

1. Insert the nasal tips into the nostril.
2. Loop the plastic tubes over the ears (around the earlobes) and bring around underneath the chin in front of the neck.
3. Tighten the slider on the tube so that it fits snugly under your chin.
4. If you move around during your sleep, place adhesive strips on each side of the nose to secure the cannula.
